Tsayatoh Chapter has started distributing Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) Applications, Wednesday, May 18, 2022 and Closing date is Friday, June 03, 2022, by 4:45 PM.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:
1. SYEP Employment Application-Completed with all required signature
2. Social Security Card
3. Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)
4. Identification Card or School ID
5. Voter’s Registration (under 18 yr. old Parent(s) registration)
6. Chapter enrollment verification
7. Covid 19 vaccination card (optional or can be tested on site)
Incomplete applications and packets will not be considered.
