Office Assistant – Temporary PEP Employment

Open Date: 10/04/2022 8:00 a.m. Closing Date: 10/17/2022 4:30 p.m.
Work Days and Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Hourly Rate: $11.09 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers telephone calls and takes messages.
Greets the general public/community membership.
Assist with office operations (i.e. time sheets, payroll, office supplies and forms).
Types correspondence and reports.
Labels files and form.
Other tasks assigned.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of computer/software operation, Microsoft,
Skill in filing and maintaining records systems.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to Understand both the Navajo and English languages
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
Other requirement:
Educational Credentials (High School Diploma; GED, and other verification of Education credential)
Valid State Driver’s License or Identification Card
