The new bivalent COVID-19 boosters and flu vaccines will be available.
* Ages 12 and older are eligible to receive bivalent boosters if it has been more then 2 months since their most recent COVID-19 vaccine or booster dose.
* For 6 months to 11 years olds, COVID-19 vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older, with boosters for ages 5 to 11 years.
* Flu vaccines available for ages 6 months and older.
IMPORTANT
Children must be with a parent or legal guardian.
Bring your COVID-19 vaccination card Immunization records can be requested or printed immunization record if you from NNMC Medical Records or Downloaded are requesting a 2nd or booster dose from your Personal Health Record online at of COVID-19 vaccine. https://phr.ihs.gov/
