Rug Waver
Worksite Location: Becenti Chapter
Work Day/Hours: Primarily Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Position Type: Temporary Employment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Operate loom equipment
- Must provide own materials/tools
- Rug Weaver must possess exceptional weaving skills.
- Rug Weaver must have design and creative on Navajo Rugs.
- Rug weaver must have interpersonal skills
- Must weave 3 x 3 or bigger rug.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in operating office machines and equipment
- Must have analytical skills, detail oriented, math skills, time-management skills, and writing skills. Accurately completed Chapter Employment Application
- Participant must be a registered voter with Becenti Chapter
- Participant must be 18 years or old
- Navajo Nation Voter Registration Card
- Social Security Card
- Driver’s License
