Being physically active daily can help you stay healthy and prevent diabetes and heart disease. You can do something about your health. It is UP TO YOU (T ́áá Hwó ́Ají T’éego)- only YOU can make the change to make a difference. The Just Move It fun runs and walks are held in 23 local communities during the summer, with 20 in-person and 3 virtual events. The events are open to families and communities of all ages.
