DESCRIPTION:Summer Youth Employment Program  \nSYEP application accepted from June 30- July 6 at 4:30pm. \nApplicants must be: \n\nBetween the ages of 14 to 21.\nApplicants between the ages of 18-21 must be a registered voter of Coyote Canyon Chapter.\nEnrolled in high school\, college\, university\, vocational; or technical institution.\n\nApplicants will submit: \n\nStudent Employment Application (Available at the Chapter)\nIdentification Card (School/Driver’s License)\nSocial Security Card\nCertificate of Indian Blood (CIB)\nVoter Registration Card (18 and over)\nParent(s) Voter Registration (17 and under)\nCurrent High School Verification Enrollment / or Previous School Transcripts (High school only)\nLetter Of Admission (college students only)\nCurrent College Transcript (college student only)\nLetter of Interest\n\nNotice: All application shall be filled out and turned in by the applicant. It is applicant’s sole responsibility to turn in application and supporting documents attached. All Application are due before 4:30pm\, and will be clocked in by the Chapter Administration. Absolutely\, no application will be taken after 4:30pm; this is to ensure all applications are treated equally.
