Since BHP Billiton will NO longer be issuing Coal Permits (cards). Registered voters with a valid Driver's License/Identification may sign-up in the Chapter front office. **SIGN UP IS ON A 1st COME, 1st SERVED BASIS** Please follow all rules and regulations for coal allotments. Sign up now thru January 04th, 8a-4p, or until filled. Coal Dump is scheduled for Jan. 10th.

Senior Center Closed (Misc)
